Building Healthy Habits

This challenge will help you stick to your goals and build healthy habits. We will focus on creating or improving your fitness routine. Our fully certified trainers will provide fun workouts targeted at building strength and burning fat. With optional easier and harder options for each exercise, it doesn't matter what your fitness level is! 

 

You’ll aim for 5 workouts per week, 1 active day, and 1 rest day.

  • You will also improve your food intake by working on eating healthier foods and in the right amounts for your body.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll have access to all of the program, including a Nutrition plan to help make those healthy eating habits doable and easy-to-follow. The cherry on top is that you won’t be doing it alone…
