Big White Mountain Fitness (BWMF) are mandated by the PHO to require proof of Covid-19 vaccination (Vaccine Passport) and Government Photo ID upon entry.

General Operations
We are now accepting drop in's but do recommend you book your session to avoid disappointment.
Hand sanitizer and tissues are available. Please sanitize on arrival.
Equipment will be sanitized after use.
Windows will be open during sessions and fans used to allow ventilation and air circulation.
All participants must bring own towel and water bottle.
Signage will be provided for safety reminders.
No spitting.
In the event that there is a reported case of a Communicable Disease at BWMF and you were potentially in contact with the individual, you’ll be notified immediately. From there, we’ll take the proper safety precautions and notify the authorities.
Sanitation
Staff must wash their hands upon arrival each day, after cleaning between sessions and prior to leaving for the day.
All equipment will be wiped down with a disinfectant-cleaner after sessions by the trainer.
Additional cleaning after sessions including the change area.
Frequent cleaning of high touch points.
Hospital grade disinfectant will be available.
Hand sanitizer will be available and must be used upon entry.

Drop in clients will sign a waiver and include their contact details.
