This plan is subject to change based on the requirements from the CDC and the Canadian Government.
Members only access.
At this time we will only be accepting online sign up.
All classes must be pre-booked and online check-in prior to class start time.
Class sizes will be limited to allow for social distancing.
Hand sanitizer and tissues will be available.
Equipment will be sanitized before and after use.
Natural ventilation or weather permitting classes will be held outdoors.
Verbal Covid-19 screening questions upon arrival.
All participants must bring own towel and water bottle.
Signage will be provided for safety reminders.
In the event that there is a reported case of COVID-19 at BWMF and you were potentially in contact with the individual, you’ll be notified immediately. From there, we’ll take the proper safety precautions.
Distance markers at the entrance.
Follow markers on floor to remain 2 meters apart.
Trainer to wear face shield during session times.
Masks to be worn until ready to move from seated shoe change area to workout station.
Once session is complete, return to shoe change area and put mask back on prior to leaving.
One person at a time in the change room.
Classes will have no more than 60% capacity.
If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come until you’re symptom-free and fever-free for 7 days.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have come into contact with someone who has, please do not come to BWMF for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.
We’ll happily welcome you back when you’re healthy and feel comfortable coming back.
Extra precautions of sanitizing to the government standards will be taken.
Staff must wash their hands upon arrival each day, after cleaning between sessions and prior to leaving for the day.
All equipment will be wiped down with a disinfectant-cleaner before and after each session by the trainer.
Equipment used by clients will be wiped down with a disinfectant-cleaner after use during a session by the client.
Additional cleaning between classes including the shoe change area.
Frequent cleaning of high touch points.
Hospital grade disinfectant will be available.
Hand sanitizer will be available and must be used upon entry.
