H.I.I.T. alternates between short periods of intense effort (sprints) and periods of low intensity (recovery). H.I.I.T targets stored body fat and burns calories at a high rate even hours after the workout is completed.

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. While Tabata intervals are short, they’re sure aren’t sweet. Your body increases its Basal Metbolic Rate (BMR), or the rate at which the body uses energy while at rest to keep vital functions strong; and while your BMR is rising—and managing the demand being placed on your body—so will the level at which your body burns fat after your workout.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Upper Smash / Lower Pump
Designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. Work your muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. These athletic-based sculpting classes tone upper, lower body and core using resistance like hand weights, kettle bells, medicine balls and your own body weight. All-Levels.

These classes will cover the necessary components for a comprehensive workout. The bootcamp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, sliders, kettle bells) and stretching.

Uses exercises from pilates, barre, yoga, and traditional fitness. Combining the four disciplines can assist in gaining strength, muscle definition, flexibility, balance, and overall mind–body health for everyday life. Fusion Workouts are a bodyweight exercise program which are very effective, low impact stretching and strengthening workouts finishing with meditation.

These classes include strength and low-impact, low-intensity exercises including flexibility and balance. Perfect for seniors and anyone new to fitness.
Benefits: Increased range of motion, lower risk of injury and injury prevention, enhanced fitness performance and faster recovery.
This 10 week dance program will feature a blend of yoga/stretching, ballet, creative dance and hip hop.
Dancers are to be dressed to skip, jump and spin with ease.
Classes run Monday April 12th - June 21st excluding holiday Monday's. No drop ins.
