The classes use:

 

biomechanics movement patterns from skiing and boarding so that your body easily implements these once on the slopes. 

​

These 30 minute classes are aimed to strengthen key muscles and support your body, muscles and joints while also focusing on flexibility to help you enjoy the mountain without becoming fatigued.

Class Details

Monday & Tuesday focus:

Building strength & endurance, balance & power.

Wednesday focus:

Core or ankle strength combine with flexibility & mobility.
